In short: your shop's data belongs to you. We use it only to run the service: recording sales, syncing across your devices, and showing your reports. We don't sell your data.

On employee devices, cached customer details are encrypted on the device itself, and signing out wipes that local data completely.

Product analytics: we collect usage events (which features are used, and how often) to make Menim better. These events are tied to internal ids only. We never include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or the contents of your sales or customer records. Events are sent through our own domain, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
